Established by Sydney-based architect Thomas Pal, TPA was founded on 22 years of work with several high profile organisations in Australia, UK, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.

During this period, Tom played a critical role in the successful delivery of over 170 projects with an average value of $AUD 34 million and an average area of over 25,000 sq.m.

As master-planner, project architect and project manager on award-winning developments, Tom has developed a reputation for his excellent project and people management skills, his rigourous attention to detail and quality designs, and his in-depth knowledge of high performance materials and construction processes.
